During Easter, tables in Poland are dominated by eggs. We serve hard-boiled egg with mayonnaise, in salads and stuffing them in different ways. On the Easter Eve we paint eggs and bless them with other foods in the church. On my table eggs are the same as you can see.
Components:
- 8 eggs
- small onion
- 6-8 pickled mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- bunch of chives
- salt to taste
Cook hard-boiled eggs, cool them and cut lengthwise in half. From each half, remove the yolk, put them into a bowl, add the chopped onion and mushrooms. Salt the stuffing, add mustard and mix it by fork. Smooth (if possible) stuffing applied to the holes left by the yolk. The top can be sprinkle with chopped chives.
